NDC Faces Eviction From Gt. Accra Office Over Unpaid Rent

The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is facing eviction from its Greater Accra Regional Office located at Paloma Hotel over unpaid rent.

The irate landlord on Thursday stormed the office with some youth and police men to lock the office after securing a court injunction.

“The amount is substantial. I’ve gone through a lot of frustrations. They keep tossing me when they were in power so I can’t bear it anymore,” the landlord said.

Lawyers of the party have been locked up in a crunch meeting to resolve the matter.
