The Black Starlets of Ghana have been drawn in group A against host nation India, alongside Columbia and USA in a short ceremony held in the city of Mumbai on Friday.
Ghana will play Columbia in the first game after host nation had already locked horns with USA. They will then face USA before rounding it up with India.
In attendance for the live draw was lawyer Kwaku Ayiah and head coach Paa Kwesi Fabien, who will attend a workshop and inspect the facilities for the tournament before returning to the country.
Mali and Niger, being the other African countries to qualify alongside Ghana were handed group B and D respectively.
The tournament will be played from 6th to 28th of October this year.
