8 members of the Delta Force who raided a Kumasi Circuit Court on April 6, 2017 and freed their colleagues have been granted bail on Thursday 13 April, 2017.
The group aided their accused colleagues who were standing trial for assaulting the Ashanti Regional Security Coordinator George Adjei.
The members who were slapped with GH¢10,000 each with two sureties have been asked to re-appear on April 18, 2017.
The group vandalised properties on sight after the then Judge Justice Mary Senkyire ruled that their colleagues be remanded.
They are alleged to have nearly assaulted the Judge but the police whisked her away.
The Presiding Judge Justice Francis Obiri Boahen charged them for causing disturbances in court, rescuing persons in lawful custody and resisting arrest.
The 13 members of the group were also granted bail on Wednesday.
