Minister for Roads and Highways: Kwesi Amoako Atta
Works and Housing: Samuel Atta Akyea
Minister for Sanitation and Water Resources: Joseph Kofi Adda

Minister for Monitoring and Evaluation: Dr. Anthony Akoto Osei.
However, the nomination of the Gender and social protection minister designate Otiko Afisah Djaba is in the balance as the entire minority members have refused to approve her nomination.
Sources within the committee say the decision is as a result of the posture of the nominee when she appeared before the committee especially regarding the sex allegation against chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC) and her harsh description of the former President John Dramani Mahama.
So far, 12 nominees out of the 36 persons have been sworn in by the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo- Addo.
