The President John Dramani Mahama is expected on Tuesday November 29, 2016 to inaugurate the Kasoa interchange and Kotokuraba Market in the Central region.
The facility has over 2,500 new market stalls and a host of amenities to boost trade and economic activity in Cape Coast and the Region as a whole.
The interchange is also expected to reduce traffic on the Accra-Cape Coast road.
Traffic is likely to reduce once the project is completed as there has been numerous complaints from residents living around that area.
The project has a 270-metre interchange with two overpasses on the main Kasoa-Winneba Road.
Three Community Day Senior High Schools in the region will also be commissioned as the President wraps his campaign tour in the region.
