The 22-year-old YouTube prankster who got his head cemented in a microwave says he has regretted his action and should be fined for making firefighters waste their time and resources on his unscrupulous act.
As reported earlier, Jay Swingler put his head in a plastic bag inside a microwave and his friends poured seven bags of Polyfilla inside trapping him instantly in the wave.

They tried for 90 minutes to rescue him, but to no avail. Then they got in touch with an ambulance crew to the address in Fordhouses, Wolverhampton.
When paramedics arrived at the scene on Thursday, they could not help, so West Midlands Fire Service had to be called and it cost them £650 to finally save Jay Swingler.
However, following a myriad of backlash that is hitting him from his viewers, the prankster said in another video posted on Friday that he was “in need and would have died without (firefighters).

"I'm more than happy to donate my money to the people who helped me that day.
"I should be fined just like the people who get into drunken fights and use the emergency services' time."
