The tennis star wore a $3.5m worth jewel made by XIV Karats for her wedding to the Reddit co-founder.
Seven-time Wimbledon champion, Serena Williams, exchanged marriage vows with Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, in a private event held on Thursday, November 16, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
As expected, it had in attendance a majority of world renowned celebrities such as Beyonce, Eva Longoria, Caroline Wozniacki, Kim Kardashian West and many more. The wedding took place 11 weeks after the tennis star delivered her first child, Alexis Olympia Ohanian, Jr, who already has 105,000 followers on Instagram.
It was an exciting affair that saw Ohanian express an intense love for Williams, a celebrated athlete who has a list of honours to showcase for her long and successful career in sports.
“You are the greatest of all time, not just in sport,” he began.
“I’m talking about as a mother and as a wife. I am so excited to write so many more chapters of our fairy-tale together.
“And my whole life I didn’t even realize it, but I was waiting for this moment."
It was a sheer matter of splendour as Williams turned sights in her elegant outfit which cost more than an arm. She wore a strapless Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen gown while carrying a bouquet of white roses.

These were complemented by jewels created by XIV Karats, reportedly worth a sum $3.5m according to Independent UK.
The wedding which proceeded to the late hours of the evening saw the new couple dance to Alan Menken composed musical, 'Tale as old as time', the theme song of classic movie "Beauty and the Beast".
It was a complete Disney-themed wedding, which has been a desire for Serena Williams, who will be relocating to San Francisco with her husband according to reports.
