Twumasi, 23, was outstanding for the Kazakh Champions as he scored 13 goals at the end of the season to finish as the Club’s second highest scorer.
The Black Stars attacker for the second season running was named the Club’s best player having won the award last season after putting up an incredible performance.
His sumptuous strike against Ordabashy in the League was also adjudged goal of the season.
The player is already attracting interest with the likes of Bursaspor, Celtic and Stuttgart all reportedly on the heels of the former Spartaks J?rmala and Amkar Perm’ goal machine.
He is currently the Club’s top scorer in the UEFA Europa League with six goals.
Astana takes on Spanish side Villarreal in the penultimate group match on Thursday, a win over the La Liga side will certainly qualify them to the next round of the competition.
