LONDON — Police have arrested a second man as part of the investigation into the Parsons Green terror attack on Friday.
A 21-year-old man was arrested at 11.50 PM on Saturday night in Hounslow, London, Metropolitan Police said in a statement on Sunday.
It comes after the arrest of an 18-year-old man in Dover, potentially trying to leave the country.
On Friday, a improvised explosive detonated on the London Underground at Parsons Green tube stop, injuring 29 people.
