Mensah, who won the 2017 UEFA Youth League in Nyon, Switzerland with Red Bull Salzburg, went into the referee’s books on the 43rd minute mark following a bad challenge on an opponent.
The former West Africa Football Academy starlet went into another tackle four minutes before the end of regulation time and he was sent off.
