The Ghanaian midfielder is in Turin for medical examinations ahead of the start of pre-season
Kwadwo Asamoah has undergone routine medical check-ups on Saturday morning ahead of the start of pre-season at Juventus.
The Ghanaian midfielder was at J|Medical before facing physical tests at the Juventus Center training complex in Vinovo.
Asamoah, who was speculated to be eying a move away from Italy, is expected to stay with the UEFA Champions League finalist after his manager, Massimiliano Allegri, decided to return him to his comfortable position in midfield.
There were wide reports which have consistently linked the 28-year-old to clubs in the Turkey and England.
Speaking to SportItalia, Edoardo Cmjar, the agent of the former Udinese player made a straight forward statement: “Kwadwo Asamoah will stay at Juventus.”
Asamoah has been out of the team with injuries and only looked much fitter in the just ended 2016/17 season where he made 24 more appearances to tally his overall stats to 97 games for the Bianconeri.
