It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be.
The first time I ever used Blue Apron was in 2015, just days after it was valued as a $2 billion company. Today, Blue Apron plans to raise up to $586.5 million in its initial public offering — giving it a valuation upwards of $3.18 billion. Blue Apron is supposed to make cooking easier, but my personal attempt with the service turned out to be a stressful experience.
