The UK police have reportedly announced that the incident has caused "a number of casualties".
One person has been arrested after a vehicle that hit pedestrians in Finsbury Park left casualties on Seven Sisters Road.
According to a report by Al Jazeera, the vehicle struck pedestrians in the north London area on Saturday night, June 18, 2017.

It was further reported that the Metropolitan Police announced that one person had been arrested in connection with the crime after officers and other emergency services arrived to the scene of the incident.
"Police were called just after 0020hrs [23:20 GMT] ... to reports of a vehicle in collision with pedestrians. There are a number of casualties being worked on at the scene," a statement released by the police disclosed.

Meanwhile, the Muslim Council of Britain in a tweet said it had been "informed" that a van had run over worshippers as they left a mosque in Finsbury Park.
The London Ambulance Service said on Twitter that a number of resources had arrived at the scene.
This incident is coming weeks after suspected attacks on the UK by suspected terrorists.
