“We embark on a lot of corporate social responsibilities. We are not a profit-making institution so why should you tax us?” the 45-year-old former chairman of the Ghana Prison Council quipped.
The head Pastor of the Cedar Mountain Assemblies of God Chruch, Rev Stephen Yenusom Wengam has said that it is unfair to take tax from churches in Ghana.
According to the man of God, the Church as an institution is doing so much development in the country which is more than the tax they are expected to pay.

The church he stressed isn’t a money-making institution and didn’t see why the tax should be collected from them.
