Under Florida laws, Grand Theft is any intentional and unlawful taking of property valued at $300.00 or more, LIB reports.
According to the reports, Grand theft is a felony offense, with penalties including prison time, probation, fines, restitution, and a permanent criminal record.
As earlier reported, the pop singer was arrested on Friday, June 2, in Dade County, Miami, Florida and is currently in jail with his bail set at $5,000.

Krane, who is based in the U.S is expected to pay a sum of $17,500 for all the infringement according to the mugshot display.
