Two persons has been drawn in a galamsey pit in a community called Afepaye in the Atwima-Mponuah district.
The two by name are Yakubu 29 and Kwadwo Adu 22 met their untimely death in a separate uncovered pit in the community.
The duo were all doing galamsey in a different sites.
Yakubu got drawn around 12:00 mid day yesterday whiles Kwadwo Adu also drawn at 3:45pm
Kwadwo Adu who hails from Pakyi 2 left home without his family knowledge only to hear his demise a family member added.
Our outfit can confidently say that people are still mining in the community and those sites belongs to some of the big men in government.
