Come February 9, Lycee Francais Jacques Prevert, popularly known as the French School, will organise this year’s edition of its annual Open Day event.
The day is set aside by the school authorities to host members of the general public as well as all other relevant stakeholders to get them closer to the school.
The management believes it gives the public a deeper insight into the school’s academic structure, other processes and allows them to inspect the school’s facilities via a special guided tour.
In addition, there will be an interactive session with trained and experienced teachers and other professional staff on a wide range of subjects.
There will also be a presentation on the school’s curriculum, which is on developing strong analytical skills, oral communication, autonomy, sense of organization and reasoning.
As the only French accredited international school in Ghana, Lycee Francais Jacques Prevert has a multicultural student population and environment which will be experienced at first hand by guests on the day.
The headmaster of the school, David Ballieu, said parents and guardians should make it a point to attend the Open Day.
