MultiChoice Ghana has responded to its commercial customers request regarding the cost of digital television service with the introduction of a new business Lite package.
The digital television company believes the new package will offer the best value at an affordable rate to ensure hotels, pubs and clubs no matter their size can enhance their entertainment options.
Speaking at the launch event in Accra on Wednesday, Cecil Sunkwa Mills, General Manager of MultiChoice Ghana said, “we are committed to our promise of making great content available to all our subscribers hence the introduction of this new DStv Business Lite package for our commercial subscribers.”
He added, “we have listened to their specific feedback and tailored this new offering to meet their varied needs.”
According to him, Africa's foremost digital television service provider have remodelled their business and adjusted their pricing and content to best suit the varied lifestyle of their subscribers.
He promised subscribers a major boost in entertainment options across all DStv and GOtv packages demonstrating.
Throwing more light on the new package, Kennedy Dankyi-Appah, Commercial Sales Manager of MultiChoice Ghana said, “this new package is targeted at medium to low-end hotels, guest houses, lodges who are looking at offering great entertainment to their clientele at an affordable rate”.
“Besides the basic offer commercial subscribers can customise the package by selecting their preferred channels at an additional cost,” he explained.
Mr Dankyi-Appah announced the creation of dedicated number for a speedy resolution of any technical issues commercial subscribers may encounter.
He also announced the new SAT IP technology that radically reduces the cost of installation of DStv for hotels and other commercial entities.
