Prime movers of the Christian faith in Ghana and the world are set to reconnect pieces of life’s puzzle by invoking the touch of 'the fathers'.
The seasoned men of the church in Ghana, Rev. Bob Andoh, Dr Frimpong-Manso, Bishop Edwin Ewusie Brookman and Dr Isaac Quaye, all trailblazers for the kingdom of God in Ghana and worldwide, are some of the key figures participating at the 2018 edition of ‘Father’s Touch’ conference being organised by Prayer Palace Ministries, Accra.
Founder and General Overseer of Prayer Palace Ministries Rev. Emmanuel Adjei connects with the unique callings and giftings of these powerful figures and has decided to bring them together from June 20 to July 1, so that many can benefit from what they carry and have been mandated to provide to the body of Christ.
The Father’s Touch conference is themed 'Free to prosper' and will be held at 6 p.m. daily at the Prayer Palace church, off Spintex Road, near Herbalife.
Rev. Adjei in a prologue titled “Father’s Matter’ emphasized on the need to harness “the creative power of that comes through an accurate understanding and skilled implementation of the principles of spiritual covering.”
READ: 'Fathers Matter' by Rev. Emmanuel Adjei
In Scripture, the word “father” is found more than 1,100 times.
Increasing father involvement in their children's lives is one of the most important ways to address material and spiritual poverty in this country. One way we can do that is to reiterate the importance of fathers and the difference their presence makes. Almost every study conducted in the social sciences confirms what the Bible teaches — fathers matter.
There is a story about two sons who left their homes to set on an adventure. One left with words and the other, with wealth. They both came back one day, one being full, while the other came empty. If you have not yet figured it out by now, these are the stories of Jacob and the prodigal son. What made the difference between them? What was the underlying truth that allowed Jacob to succeed, in spite of the circumstances of his departure? We are all pursing something on this earth, we are all here for a purpose, but what differentiates one from the other, is the Father’s Touch.
See, Jacob received the final words of blessing of his father Isaac, before he died. Remember that words have the ability to create. Indeed, we are all products of the words God himself declared in Genesis 1. So Isaac’s words always went ahead of Jacob, wherever he went and gave him an edge in life.
As you pursue greater ambitions, superior achievements and excellence in life, who is your father? Who guides you? Who sees danger ahead and gives you strategies to overcome it? Who imparts on you? Who mentors you? Who speaks over your life? Who comes to your rescue when you are in need or in distress?
Your key to success in the Kingdom and in the marketplace is harnessing the creative power of the Father’s Touch —power that comes through an accurate understanding and skilled implementation of the principles of spiritual covering.
Plan NOW to join me for an in-depth look at this powerful Kingdom teaching June 20th to July 1st
