Management and staff of Total Ghana have moved out of their offices to offer services to customers at the service stations across the country.
The exercise dubbed ‘Aseda Tour’ is in a bid to get to know their customers better and educate them on services to expect when they drive through Total service stations.
Speaking at the launch, Communications Manager of Total Ghana, Edna Kankam said the tour will afford customers the opportunity to experience top-class services not only in fuelling but also receive the best maintenance tips for prolonging the lives of their engines.
She indicated that, staff will interact with customers at the Total Service Station and provided safety tips to the commercial drivers who were traveling long distances.
The move, Miss Kankam added is to give back to customers in the festive season.
Total, the 5th biggest oil marketing company in the world, has been operating in Ghana for the last six (6) decades and the company now provides a full bouquet of energy solutions ranging from petroleum products to solar systems for lightening.
