FBNBank Ghana Limited has announced ten lucky customers as winners of the second mini draw held at the Dansoman branch in Accra.
Dubbed the ‘FBNBank Save and Win Promo,’ the savings promotion was launched in September this year to reward loyal customers of FBNBank Ghana as well as promote the culture of saving among Ghanaians.
Announcing the winners, the Group Head Retail Banking, Mr. William Neequaye, said the save and win promotion brings to light the bank’s golden standard of putting its customers first.
According to Mr. Neequaye, FBNBank Ghana is committed to continually make significant difference in their financial offerings to ensure customer satisfaction and superior customer experience.
“FBNBank Ghana is well positioned to lead the way in customer service, by going beyond the warm, smiling and friendly face in our branches, to satisfying every customer expectation. This is what we mean by putting you, our customer, first,” he said.
“From our rich heritage of strength and dynamism, FBNBank Ghana would continue to make the needed investments in our operations in Ghana to grow the business as well as roll out innovative products and services to meet the needs of customers,” Mr. Neequaye added.
Prize Winners
The ten lucky customers for the second mini draw are: Quainoo Martha Afua (Kaneshie branch), Rev. Ampah David Adom (Swedru branch), Mireku Koranteng Lawrence (Adum branch), Mensah Yaw (Dansoman branch), Hinson Araba Harriet (Korle Bu branch), Arthur Samuel (Swedru branch), Opoku-Ware Boateng George (Makola branch), Allidu Awal (Santa Maria branch), Ankwannor Samuel (Adum branch), and Asare Dacosta Akwasi (Tema branch).
Fairness and Transparency
Supervising the mini draw, the Head of Business Promotions at the National Lottery Authority (NLA), Mr. Ekow Inkoom, said the NLA has since 2006 been committed to ensuring that all customer promotion activities in Ghana are done in a fair and transparent manner.
He said the mini draw was done under the Caritas platform, an automated system that shuffles and randomly selects the winning customer account number. “The Caritas platform has brought more sanity into running campaigns such as a savings promotion. This helps to prevent incidence of manipulation and doubt,” he said. Mr. Inkoom lauded the management and staff of FBNBank Ghana for fulfilling their promise to reward customers who have kept faith with the bank.
Promo Mechanics
To be entered into the FBNBank Save and Win Promo, customers need to make a deposit of GH?200.00 (and/or multiples of it) into an existing or new individual savings/current accounts. Each GH?200.00 deposit earns a customer 1 point.
Meanwhile, all customers who at the start of the promo have a minimum balance of GH?1,000.00 in their accounts will get one point for every GH?1000.00 as “advance points” up to a maximum of 10 points.
Advance points will be earned only on incremental basis for as long as customers deposit remains in the account during the period of the promotion.
To participate in the monthly draws or the grand draw, customers need to maintain a minimum of GH?1,000.00 in their Individual current/savings accounts.
There would be a third mini draw and Grand draw in the ‘FBNBank Ghana Save and Win Promo’ slated for January, 2018. Winners for the Grand draw stand a chance of walking away with LED TV’s, fridges, washing machines, gas cookers, laptops, Ipads and smartphones.
