Full text: Ken Ofori-Atta’s speech at 3rd Aliu Mahama memorial lectures

Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta was the main speaker at the 3^rd Aliu Mahama memorial lectures held in honour of the former President.

The lecture which took place at the National Theatre in Accra on December 6, was themed: “Ghana Beyond Aid – Au delà de l’aide -  How We Get There”.
