Serial numbers are irrelevant to results – Afari-Gyan asserts

The evidence being relied on by the petitioners that results from polling stations with same serial number should be annulled is irrelevant, Chairman of the Electoral Commission, Dr Kwadwo Afari-Gyan has stated.
