Ghanaian football agent and intermediary, Jacob Klins Martin has been appointed as Ghana’s sole representative for Spanish clubs, Fusse International Football Academy and Almagro Football Club in the lower divisions of Spanish football.
Klins Martin who doubles as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Ghana-based Greg Sports Consult, will work directly with the Spanish clubs to scout young talented footballers from Ghana to be groomed.
In an interview with Times Sports, the experienced football agent attributed the appointment to years of hard work.
With over 10 years work experience, Klins Martin disclosed his outfit has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a Spanish Language Academy accredited by the Institute of Languages to aid enterprising footballers learn Spanish.
He said the MoU will mandate him to perform administrative and technical duties including assisting young footballers to be enrolled in the academy and help in access and recruiting exceptional talents for careers abroad.
He mentioned the likes former Ghana international, Isaac Vorsah, former Ghana Premier League top scorer and Kotoko player Eric Bekoe, Ghanaian-born Togolese international Moro Ibrahim, Czech-based duo of Eric Opata and Samuel Mantey as some of the players to have been under the Greg Sports Consult.
