Ghanaian stand-up comedian OB Amponsah has come to the defence of popular singer Kuami Eugene following the recent feud between him and NKZ boss Guru.
The award winning comedian said he is a solid supporter of the “Angela” hitmaker and all hands must be on deck to protect him because he is a national asset.
It could be recalled that there is a burgeoning feud between Lynx entertianment signed artiste Kuami Eugene and Guru after the former claimed he refused the latter a feature because he disrespected the owner of his record label.
Speaking on Adom TV, Kuami Eugene said Guru cannot disrespect Richie Mensah and come back to ask for a feature because Richie is his boss.
In a reply yesterday, Guru corrected Kuami Eugene explaining that he didn’t beg him for a feature to get a hit song. He said he only contacted him because he appreciates his music.
Guru said he has been consistent when it comes to hit songs for more than a decade m and doesn’t need Kuami Eugene to get a hit song.
Reacting to the back and forth, OB Amponsah wrote on his Facebook wall that he is a “soldier” of Kuami Eugene. He said the young musician need to be protected whether he is arrogant or not because he is a national asset.
