Nana Kusi Oboadum – Domeabrahene
The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, last week Wednesday, unveiled a plaque to commission a palace at Domeabra in the Ejisu Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
The multipurpose magnificent edifice, comprising a Palace court and Chief’s residence is one of various projects undertaken and completed by the Chief, Nana Kusi Oboadum, since he was installed six years ago on February 27, 2014.

Other important projects initiated by the Chief include a library and computer laboratory, police station, Sunday school building, three-unit classroom block for the Methodist Primary School, and a 32-seater aqua privy toilet facility.
Otumfuo commended the chief, who he described as humble and hardworking, for delivering on his promises to develop the community, and encouraged him to continue to do more for the people.
The Asantehene also commended the stool elders and people of Domeabra for supporting their chief to execute his developmental agenda.
An exalted Domeabrahene thanked Otumfuo profusely for giving him the privilege to serve his community and Asanteman, saying it was an honour to function as a chief under his (Otumfuo’s) tutelage.
He attributed his success story to the good counsel and guidance of the Ashanti King, and pledged to continue to bring development to the community as much as he can, and serve the needs of the people.
The member of Parliament (MP)-elect for Ejisu Municipality noted that he was encouraged by the development activities of the Domeabra Chief, and gave the assurance he would deliver on the aspirations of his constituents by adopting industrialisation, technology and innovations as his focus for development in the area, which falls under the Boankra Inland Port enclave.
