In the past four years, the Subin Constituency has seen massive infrastructural development, a feat seen as unprecedented in recent times by the constituents.
Each of the ten electoral areas, namely Baamu-Dominase, Nsuase, Fante New Town, Asem, Asafo, Amakom, Dadiesoaba, Afful Nkwanta, Anlo Fante New Town, has benefitted from infrastructural projects.

30,000 litres Mechanized Borehole for Metro fire station
Six projects, including a 10-seater water closet toilet and two-unit Kindergarten, as well as a three-unit classroom for the Amankwatia Junior High School (JHS), while another three-unit classroom and a Headmaster’s office, are under construction.
At the Lobito area, the construction of a 650 metres storm drain linking the Amakom Calvary Methodist area and Anlo Fante New Town has been completed.

Primary and KG building for AME Zion School
A two-unit classroom block and pantry at Afful Nkwanta has been completed for the JHS, while a fence wall has been constructed for the New Amakom M/A JHS, besides a 10-seater toilet.
A fence wall and a primary and KG building have also been constructed for the AME Zion School at Asafo, while a mechanised borehole has also been provided for the Dadiesoaba electoral area.

Asphalting of Subin roads
In May this year, the MP commissioned a mechanised borehole with four large polytanks to be utilised as water hydrants to serve Subin in particular, and the wider Kumasi Metropolis in general.

The project, which has a storage capacity of 30,000 litres of water, was funded at a cost of GH¢86,000.
The facility is to serve as a source of water for the Metro Fire Station to solve the problem of lack of water for firefighting, and thereby help minimise the havoc caused by fires to individuals and businesses in Subin, and the Kumasi Metropolis as a whole.
These facilities have been undertaken under the Member of Parliament’s (MP’s) share of the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF).
The MP, on Monday, September 14, 2020, together with the entire Subin Constituency executive committee officers, electoral area coordinators and polling station executives commissioned two major projects at the Amankwatia Cluster of Schools.
The projects are a 10-seater flush toilet facility and kindergarten block within the Subin Constituency.
Eugene Boakye Antwi, who is also the Deputy Minister for Works and Housing, on Friday, September 11, 2020, donated Mathematical sets to 1,206 pupils in 22 Junior High Schools (JHS -PHASE TWO), who undertook their Basic Education Certificate Examinations (BECE).
On Monday, July 6, 2020, Eugene Boakye Antwi donated an additional ten Phillips LED streetlights to Asafo Electoral Area.
Messrs JOSHOB, on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, commenced the resealing and asphalting of the Subin road network, which project in the Amakom Electoral Area was inspected by the MP and Constituency Executive Officer and Electoral Area Co-ordinators on July 25, 2020.
