The coronavirus cases in Ghana has gone up from 1671 to 2,074, which is an increase of 403.
Two hundred and twelve (212) patients have, however, recovered whilst seventeen (17) others have unfortunately died.
The new development is an increment from the previous one hundred and eighty-eight (188) and sixteen (16) recoveries and deaths respectively, which was recorded last Tuesday, April 28, 2020.
According to Ghana Health Ministry website, out of the confirmed cases, the Greater Accra has the highest number of 1,795, followed by Ashanti region which has 99, Eastern, Central, and Oti Regions have 70, 21, and 19 cases in that order.
Upper East Region and Volta have 19 and 16 cases each, while Northern, Upper West and Western Regions have 13, 10 and 9 cases respectively.
