A Takoradi-based prostitute, who claimed to have been short-changed by a white client, last Tuesday, drew scores of people to the Takoradi Market Circle, when she shamelessly attacked the man to complete the payment of a night service she had rendered to him.

Although the two had settled on GHC50 for last Monday night’s sexual bout, the man’s evaluation of the woman after the business – that she was a granny – led him to dish out GHc5 to her.

That amount of money was said to be the cause of the drama between the prostitute and the white man. They slugged it out in the market, with the prostitute demanding full payment for her service.

According to the account of the whiteman, when he hired the service of the lady prostitute on the night of Monday, he could not ‘enjoy’ her because she menstruated the whole night.

Besides, he was deceived into thinking that she was a young woman, but she looked very old the following morning when he saw her.

He added that this compelled him to change his mind to pay her GHc5, instead of the agreed GHc50.

Scores of hawkers and traders, as well as passers-by, were attracted to the scene where the foreigner was under pressure to pay the prostitute.

According to the prostitute she had been ‘used’ the whole of the night, contrary to the man’s account that there was no show because she was in ‘red’.

The man’s denial of the sexual encounter thus strengthened the prostitute’s drive to launch more embarrassment on him.

As the ‘comedy’ went on, the Takoradi Market Circle Police was quickly called upon. Their intervention led to the dispersal of the crowd and the resolution of the matter.

Even though the foreigner showed traces of blood on his thighs to the police to prove that the woman menstruated, he was made to pay GHc20 to the prostitute, after which they all went their separate ways.
