Food vendors have helped footballers on the local scene - Eric Bekoe

Former Asante Kotoko striker, Eric Bekoe says Ghanaian food vendors have helped a lot of players in the local scene.

According to the one time Ghana Premier League top goalscorer, people with poor background normally benefit from such ladies and food vendors but fail to repay them.

"Ladies and food vendors in Ghana have really helped footballers with poor background to get to the limelight but we don't pay them in return," he told Angel FM.

The 30-year-old is currently without a club and has been spending his spare time as an artiste. Read Full Story
