Medeama midfielder Rashid Nortey makes full recovery and could face Elmina Sharks

Medeama SC coach Samuel Boadu could unleash midfielder Rashid Nortey against Elmina Sharks after his return from injury, according to Sunyani-based Nimdi3 FM.

Nortey, 24, has been absent from the team since the start of the season due to a knee injury.

The workaholic midfielder underwent a surgery to repair a knee injury he suffered before the start of the season.

The return of the midfielder means Samuel Boadu will have shuffle his cards in the middle to accommodate Nortey who is regarded as one of the most talented players by the club.

Nortey operates from the right side of midfield and Boadu believes his return will fortify his options in midfield.

Boadu is expected to gradually release the midfielder into games and could come off the bench as a second-half substitute against Sharks. Read Full Story
