The competition which is scheduled to kick start on January 24, 2019, will see half of the country's population getting free access to the product by going to the various stadiums without paying a dime.
This according to Mr. Wilson Arthur will go a long way to draw the other population(men) to the stadiums and will be in line with the GFA's campaign to bring the people back to the stadiums.
"We intend to unleash a grassroots campaign before the 18 Premier League Clubs will join the lower tier sides in the round of 64. The 2019/20 MTN FA Cup will is very special and it is so because it is the maiden edition in this new era."
