The Porcupines Warriors will play as guests to the former Wa All Stars team at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday night at 18:00 GMT on match-day 2 of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League.
Following a 2-2 stalemate away to Liberty Professionals at the Dansoman Carl Reindorf Park, Legon Cities are desperate to win their second game to improve their place on the League log.
According Annan, although the game would be challenging for the Porcupine Warriors, he is confident his side will earn the maximum points tonight.
"We know it is going to be tough as always because we are Asante Kotoko and every club that plays us they come in 200% so we are really aware of that and we are poised for a win," Annan said.
The Porcupines earned a slim win over Eleven Wonders in their first game at home but wasted a lot of chances. Annan says, "On paper it didn't look convincing but we created good chances which is positive for a good team so we hope that we create more and utilize it in today's game."
Legon Cities pose as a threat to top guns in the League but Annan intimated that the team is prepared for the game.
"We are ready for the battle and they are going to give their all but we as Asante Kotoko are ready for the battle." Read Full Story
