Technical Director of the Ghana Football Association, Mr. Francis Oti Akenteng, Mr. Anthony Edusei and Prof Joseph Mintah of the University of Education, Winneba were the resource persons who took the participants through topics such as basics and ethics in coaching.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Special guest of honour, Dr. J.A Baba, a Senior Lecturer at the University of Education, Winneba and a former Director of the NSC, urged the participants to use the knowledge acquired to develop football in the country.
He advised them to work hard and attain higher coaching certificates in order to become abreast with new developments in the industry.
For his part, the Director of the NSC, Mr. Eric Nkansah Dwamena said the NSC was committed to providing all disciplines with the technical knowledge required to develop sports in the country.
He mentioned that the College had more programs lined up in the near future to equip sportsmen to ensure that capable persons handle sports in the country.
