We invested $50,000 in J Derobie to become a star – Mr Eazi reveals

Nigerian singer, Oluwatosin Ajibade, better known as Mr Eazi (Don Eazi) who is the brain behind Empawa, music recruiting entity that recruits, promote and help build music talents in Africa has made it known he spent $50,000 on J.Derobie.

Derrick Obobbie Junior(J.Derobie) who is a beneficiary of Empawa who broke the barriers into the music scenes within a jiffy with his ‘Poverty’ single.

The song, which is about rising out of poverty by dint of hard work and determination had a remix with Popcaan and won an endorsement deal with betpawagh worth an amount of $50,000 investment on an 80/20 split in Derobie’s favour.

Mr Eazi disclosed this in a tweet on his twitter handle and also made it known that J.Derobie has an upcoming single and EP and also his own record label.
