Dogboe described his journey to the top as a long one which was crushed last December but remains hopeful of revenge in their second outing.
The Ghanaian lost a unanimous decision to Navarrete at the Madison Square Garden on December 8 in a bout that shocked the entire boxing world.
Dogboe, 24, in the build-up to the second defence of his WBO strap had dispatched the likes of Cesar Juarez in January, Jessie Magdaleno in April and a first-round stoppage victory over Hidenori Otake in August.
In a tweet, Dogboe (20-1, 14 KOs) wrote: “It's been a long journey but we here now to make a change”.
The Dogboe-Navarrete rematch is expected to be an intense one considering the stakes especially when both fighters have promised knockout win.
It was the Mexican who first vowed to stop the Ghanaian in the second fight on May 11.
