I’m broke, I need someone to sign me – Sista Afia calls for help

Songstress Francesca Duncan Williams, popularly known in showbiz circles as Sista Afia has called on individuals and top record labels who are financially sound and serious about signing artistes to look her way.

Speaking with Zionfelix on the ‘Uncut’ show recently, the Sista Afia disclosed that ever since she made her big breakthrough in the music industry some years ago, every financial investment in her career is one that has come from the coffers of her family and the proceeds from the songs she has been releasing, a move which has not been easy on her.

The “Conner Conner” singer stressed that she has plans to have a more viable and bigger musical brand than the current one people know her for and as such she requires a lot more investment, which is why she is currently making this call publicly.

Sista Afia was, however, very emphatic that she did not want any individual or record label which will come her way just to waste precious time.
