On 2015 record, Edem gave off a lot of energy, style venom on an African hiphop influenced beat with his dialect Ewe, pidgin and some Jamaican influenced jargon.
He featured one of UK’s finest lyricist who also brought speed and delivery to bear. Speaking on some of the sacrifices he had to make to achieve that kind of quality with that time piece, the Volta Regime Music Group boss detailed:
“It cost VRMG GHc52,000 to shoot the video of ‘The One’ and It cost GHc7,000 to fly Sway into Ghana with British Airways.”
He is currently on the #SnappyOnTheGoWithEdem tour and was at Prempeh College with YFM’s Kula last weekend to touch base with his high school fans.
