Ghana could seal a place in the semi finals with a win against the Malians, after beating Algeria 1-0 in their opening game.
Mali, on the other hand will be facing elimination should they lose to the Queens, after suffering a painful defeat on an opening day at the hands of Cameroon.
“Mali is a good side. We’ve watched them during the WAFU tournament, and played against them two years ago in Cameroon, where they gave us a tough first half, but we still emerged 3-1 winners,” she said.
“So Mali are not a threat to Ghana. As you saw in our last game, we created a lot of chances but were unable to finish them, but against Mali will be different. We will create a lot and utilize them.”
Kick off for the game is 15:30 GMT at the Accra Sports Stadium.
