Black Maidens draw hosts Uruguay in U-17 Women’s World Cup

Ghana’s Under 17 women’s national team have been drawn alongside hosts Uruguay in the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup later this year.

The Black Maidens, are also paired with Finland and New Zealand in Group A of the tournament which will take place from 13 November to 1 December.

Ghana advanced to the final of the 2018 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup on Sunday after a 19-0 aggregate win over Djibouti in the final qualifying round second leg tie.
