The fight would see the winner facing Ghana’s Emmanuel “Game Boy” Tagoe, who is currently the IBO Lightweight champion.
The fight according to information would be held in March, after which Tagoe would be mandated to fight the winner on a date to be decided by the IBO.
Tagoe made his first defense of his belt after stopping Argentina’s Fernando David Saucedo, two weeks ago.
Tagoe, won the belt in December 2016 when he defeated South Africa’s Mzonke Fana.
