Ghana striker Richmond Boakye devastated after calf injury

Red Star Belgrade striker, Richmond Boakye Yiadom is set for a spell on the sidelines after sustaining a calf injury.

He is expected to miss at least two weeks to four weeks of actions depending on how well he responds to treatment.

It was reported that French top-flight side Bordeaux had agreed a €6m with Red Star Belgrade for the services of the striker but the move broke down with this latest injury.

The Ghanaian international shared his frustration in a tweet; ''Injuries do happen but sometimes, they happen at the worst possible time. I expect to be back in fitness, shortly,''
