Zito, who just won the Ghana League Club Association (GHALCA) G-8 competition, after beating Accra Hearts of Oak 2-1 in the finals, admonished fans to manage their expectations, because they have an inexperienced side that is still under tutelage.
He said their focus in the season was to avoid relegation from the top division and until they achieve that any other thing is secondary.
“I won’t start by telling you I am going to win the league, but I would make sure that dreams remain in the league forever,” Zito told the GNA Sports.
“If after sometime we accumulate more points and it takes us to where we can win the league, then it will be welcomed. I just want to remain in the league so any position that keeps us in the league is what we want.
“We don’t want to put pressure on our boys to win the league at all cost because most of them have not tasted the premier league before.” Read Full Story
