The game which is expected to usher in the new season was confirmed in the FA's three year football calendar.
Aduana emerged Champions of the Ghana Premier League after edging out the other fifteen clubs in the league last season.
Kumais Asante Kotoko, however, beat Accra Hearts of Oak n the finals of the FA Cup in Tamale in October to set up the tie.
The two clubs will also represent Ghana in continental football.
