The incident, said to have happened at about 11.30 am Friday at a stretch of the road near Supum Dunkwan, saw the vehicle somersault and turn to the opposite direction of the journey.
According to the police, the driver Peter Adjei was said to have applied the brakes upon bursting the tyres of the vehicle with registration No. WR 990 - 16.
The victims were conveyed to Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital and Daboase Hospital.
