Samira Bawumia serves food to inmates at Akuse prisons

Christmas is a season of love. A time to be with loved ones and to show to them you care and that is what Second Lady Samira Bawumia has done by organised a Christmas party for inmates at the Akuse prisons.

Inmates were also treated to good Jama songs as Hajia Samira Bawumia led a team of waitresses to served food to them.

Foods that were served on the day included banku, Tuo zaafi, jollof and chicken.

Varieties of soft drinks were also available for the inmates to choose from.

Hajia Samira Bawumia also donated toiletries and several items to the Akuse prison.
