Genoa coach names Isaac Cofie in squad for Derby della Lanterna

Genoa Coach Ivan Juric has named Ghana international Isaac Cofie in his squad for tonight’s Derby della Lanterna with Sampdoria.

Juric has included Cofie in his team for the crunch encounter with Sampdoria in which he has likened to “Champions League Final.”

The midfielder came back from an illness earlier this week which has kept him out of action for three weeks.

Cofie was admitted at the San Martino hospital where he received treatment before being discharged.

The Ghanaian as well as Raffaele Palladino are not expected to squad since they just returned from the sidelines.
