Another look at referee Gagba's 'controversial' penalty call

Referee Dally Gagba awarded Kotoko a penalty in the late stages of the second half against Hearts in yesterday’s a fascinating Super Clash which ensured both sides shared spoils.

The referee has become a subject of attacks from the Phobians who believe the penalty call was a bad one.

Kotoko by virtue of the controversial penalty snatched a point from their arch-rivals who thought they had the three maximum points in their bag.
