Abambila, 18, moved to Youngstown State University (USA) following impressive performances at the FIFA Women’s U-17 World Cup in Costa Rica where the Black Maidens were eliminated by Italy in the quarter finals.
The former Hasaacas Ladies midfielder was also a key member of Mas-ud Didi Dramani’s side at last years FIFA Women’s U-20 World Cup in Papua New Guinea where the Black Princesses suffered a group stage elimination.

She joins fellow Ghanaian Faustina Ampah at Minsk.
