The budding forward signed a three-year deal with the Kangaroos on Tuesday afternoon after agreeing to move from Standard Liege though he had a year left on his contract.
The 20-year-old forward is expected to give Manager Martin Hasek another option up front as they attempt to improve upon their 9th position last season.
Tetteh spent last season on loan at Czech side FC Slovacko where he made only ten appearances due to injury.
